Your personal data, as a person using the website (the “User”) www.hannaglinka.com (the “Website”), are processed in accordance with applicable laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation („GDPR”), as well as the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means.

The Controller may process your personal data where this is necessary for you to use the Website.
The legal basis for processing your personal data is to enable you to use the Website, including the Contact Form.

• entering into and performing sales agreements with the User for products ordered by the User through the Website, including product returns and exchanges and handling complaints – the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;

This includes accounting, bookkeeping and financial reporting obligations – the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. These legitimate interests include:

• communicating with you in connection with a message submitted via the contact form;
